Turn around time for custom orders are 10-20 business days and an additional 2-3 days for shipping. Once your order is shipped out, you will be notified via email with your tracking number. If there is a delay with your order, you will be notified using the email address you provide. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

If you plan to provide your own hair extensions, you can either mail them or schedule a drop-off via Uber Package. These are the only two available options for delivering your extensions at this time. 

You will receive an email 24 hours after placing your order to schedule your hair drop-off. The email will also include the necessary address information for delivery.

Please note that I only work with premium-quality hair; used bundles, as well as hair purchased from platforms like AliExpress or Amazon, will not be accepted.
