Multi-dimensional colors, custom blends, and specialty color transformations are reserved for established clients. This allows me to understand your preferences and ensure we're aligned before creating a fully customized color experience.

All color requests are discussed and approved before the service begins. While every effort is made to achieve the desired result, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the custom nature of coloring services and the time, products, and labor involved, all sales and services are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted once the coloring process has begun or the completed hair has been delivered or picked up.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate color requests and reference photos. We are not responsible for color variations caused by lighting, screen settings, or differences between reference photos and the hair provided.
